Mark as Useful I'm in area code 716. This number called my home six times within a two-hour period. When I called back several times, there was that instant "click" of them disconnecting at their end. Some of the other recipients of these calls said it's Time Warner Cable. I will deal directly with them, and will voice my unhappiness.
